REFUND POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Nonstop Diamond Solutions, LLC (“NDS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for purchases made through nonstopdiamondsolutions.com or directly from NDS.

By placing an order, you agree to this Refund Policy, including the return eligibility requirements and exclusions for custom-branded, custom-printed, special-order, used, or damaged products.

1.      Return Window

You may return most new, unused products within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange, subject to the eligibility requirements below.

2.      Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.
• The item must not have been installed, operated, damaged, altered, customized, or used.
• Custom-branded, custom-printed, special-order, and made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

NDS reserves the right to deny a return if the item does not meet these requirements.

3.      How to Start a Return

Before sending anything back, contact us at info@nsdiamondsolutions.com or call (888) 281-3010 with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return authorization. Items sent back without prior authorization may be refused or delayed.

4.      Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective or damaged product, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and properly packaging the item for return shipment. NDS is not responsible for items that are lost, damaged, or delayed while being shipped back to us.

5.      Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the item, photos of the packaging, and a description of the issue.

If we determine that the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, we will arrange a replacement, repair, refund, or other appropriate resolution at no cost to you, including return shipping where required.

6.      Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective or damaged product.

7.      Restocking Fees

No restocking fee applies to standard returns that meet the eligibility requirements in this Refund Policy.

NDS reserves the right to apply a reasonable restocking, repair, repackaging, or replacement-parts fee if an item is returned incomplete, altered, damaged, used, or not in its original condition.

8.      Exchanges

If you need a different blade size, arbor, specification, or product type, contact us and we will help arrange an exchange, subject to product availability and the same eligibility requirements that apply to returns.

If the exchanged item costs more than the original item, you are responsible for the price difference. If the exchanged item costs less, we may refund the difference to your original payment method.

9.      Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival:

• Custom-branded products
• Custom-printed products
• Special-order products
• Made-to-order products
• Used, installed, altered, or damaged products
• Products missing original packaging, parts, accessories, or documentation
• Clearance or final-sale items, if marked as final sale at the time of purchase
