SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy explains how Nonstop Diamond Solutions, LLC (“NDS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) processes, ships, and delivers orders placed through nonstopdiamondsolutions.com or directly with NDS.

By placing an order, you agree to this Shipping Policy.

1.      Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment confirmation, fraud review, and inventory review.

Our team manually fulfills orders, including picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment.

Standard in-stock orders typically process within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing times may vary based on product availability, order size, order complexity, custom branding, special-order items, freight requirements, holidays, weekends, or other operational factors.

2.      Shipping Timeframes

Delivery times vary based on the carrier, shipping method, destination, package size, product type, and other factors outside our control.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing by NDS.

If an item is out of stock, special order, oversized, freight-only, custom-branded, delayed, or otherwise unavailable for standard shipment, we will contact you with an updated timeline.

If we cannot ship within the stated or agreed timeframe, we may request your consent to the delay or issue a refund as required by applicable law.

3.      Carriers

We may ship orders using UPS, FedEx, USPS, freight carriers, local delivery providers, or other shipping methods selected by NDS.

Carrier selection depends on order size, weight, destination, product type, shipping cost, delivery availability, and service requirements.

Shipping rates, where applicable, may be calculated at checkout or confirmed directly by NDS.

4.      Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Tracking updates are provided by the carrier. NDS is not responsible for carrier tracking delays, scanning delays, or inaccurate carrier updates.

5.      Heavy, Bulk, Oversized, Specialty, and Equipment Orders

Heavy, bulk, oversized, specialty, equipment, and freight orders may require special handling, freight quotes, liftgate service, commercial delivery addresses, appointment scheduling, or direct coordination with our team.

For these orders, NDS may contact you before fulfillment to confirm shipping details, costs, delivery requirements, address limitations, or other logistics.

Additional shipping charges may apply to heavy, oversized, freight, remote-area, or special-handling orders.

6.      Freight Deliveries

Large equipment and freight shipments may be delivered by freight carrier.

Freight shipments may require someone to be present at the delivery location. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and notifying us of any special delivery requirements, including limited-access locations, residential delivery, liftgate needs, appointment requirements, or loading dock availability.

You should inspect freight shipments at delivery. If visible damage is present, note the damage with the carrier before accepting the shipment and contact NDS promptly with photos and details.

7.      Shipping Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

NDS is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, additional charges, or returned shipments caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, failed delivery attempt, or customer unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply.

8.      Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Once an order is transferred to the carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s handling and timelines.

We will work with you and the carrier to review the issue and determine the appropriate next steps.

For damaged items, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the item, photos of the packaging, and a description of the issue.

9.      Local Pickup

If local pickup is offered or arranged, pickup details must be confirmed directly with NDS.

Orders designated for local pickup must be picked up during the agreed pickup window unless otherwise arranged.

10.  International Shipping

International shipping availability varies by product, destination, carrier restrictions, customs requirements, and applicable law.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11.  Shipping Restrictions

Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on size, weight, carrier rules, manufacturer restrictions, destination, or applicable law.

NDS reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or modify shipment of any order that cannot be shipped safely, legally, or commercially reasonably.
